This is a varied role providing day-to-day administrative support across the business, working closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure the smooth running of the office. Applications will not be considered without previous Tourplan experience.
£40,000 - £45,000
Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day operational requirements, manage client queries and use Tourplan and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and support a seamless client experience. Support costing, amendments and additional client requests, maintaining commercial awareness and attention to detail. Client management: Strong communication skills and experience managing client relationships, handling queries and delivering excellent service. The ability to work collaboratively with clients, suppliers and internal teams. If you have DMC experience, practical Tourplan and CRM knowledge and enjoy combining operations with client management, we'd love to hear from you.
