Aviation covers the carriers, the airports and the handling companies that sit between them, so a single airport holds employers of very different kinds. Roles split broadly into those that fly, those that work the aircraft and the ramp, and those that plan and sell. Most positions are tied to a named base rather than to a region, and shift patterns are a defining condition of the work. Licensing matters more here than anywhere else in travel, particularly for flight deck and engineering, where the licence decides what a person may do.
Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams. Supporting fleet investment decisions is key-you'll provide detailed scenario analysis and long-term forecasting insights to ensure our plans contribute to fleet efficiency and growth objectives. Your deep knowledge of airline fleet deployment, route development, and capacity modeling enables you to navigate aircraft economics and seasonal schedule planning effectively. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless. Rest assured; we'll guide you on the necessary information you need to provide at each stage.
