Ideal Candidate:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support via inbound and outbound calls. Provide accurate general and destination-specific travel advice for worldwide and European travel products. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards sites under your supervision, in line with current procedures and the Health and Safety at Work program. Maintain continuous control over the handling processes performed by the assistance organization at the station, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and safety standards. Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within an airline or with a handler in a role such as Duty Officer, Supervisor, or Station Coordinator. Strong operational expertise in airport processes and regulatory compliance, including safety and security requirements
Strong customer service acumen and the ability to manage complex situations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Reservations Advisor with a passion for travel to join the Team of an ambitious owner-run luxury tour operator based in Cheshire. All of the enquiries will be for Worldwide destinations, with many of the enquiries / bookings being for multi-centres and luxury, high-spend travellers. You will ideally have experience in luxury reservations, be sales focussed with a positive outlook and the ability to work well within a team.
* Seek out new sales leads through various means, including a combination of inbound and self-sourced enquiries, as well as ensuring existing clients book again
* Build and maintain relationships with clients is essential, to make the company stand out in a competitive field
* Run your own quotes and personalise trip inclusions, following the process from first contact to post-trip follow-up.
* Working towards sales targets bookig cycling trips, you will be talking to customers over the phone and by email to establish their requirements and putting together holidays based on your knowledge of our programme, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service both pre- and post-booking.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide effective customer service to ensure the needs of clients are consistently met and often exceeded. Be responsible for and have an overall awareness of accounts and how they are trading, raising any concerns with the Team Leaders and also have a close working relationship with Account Managers
Continually review processes and identify ways in which aspects of the service experience could be enhanced. Hybrid working (offices in North Kent, or on the Surrey / Sussex border).
