Antella Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading travel organisation for a Group Reservations Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy reservations team, managing group accommodation bookings and delivering exceptional service from enquiry through to confirmation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and coordinating multiple bookings, this could be the ideal role for you.

The Role

• Manage group reservation enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for group bookings.
• Coordinate accommodation requirements, rooming lists, amendments and special requests.
• Liaise with hotels and suppliers to secure availability and negotiate the best possible rates.
• Confirm bookings and ensure all reservation details are accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Ensure all administration and reservation records are maintained accurately.

About You

• Previous experience within Group Reservations, Hotel Reservations, Hotel Reception, Inbound Travel or the Travel Industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English essential
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Confident using reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
