Base Salary to £40,000 + Commission OTE £50,000
Travel Sales Consultant Latin America Experienced Required Previous tailormade experience selling Latin America is essential Extensive first-hand personal travel knowledge within Latin America Care deeply about the Latin America region and have extensive knowledge of the region through first-hand experience.
Base salary to £35,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Bonus and Benefits
Ticketing Support Executive Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to sales agents on all GDS bookings and on all consolidator bookings and processes Manage flights coming into range, ensuring all required international and internal flight bookings are completed Maintain and monitor queues, including schedule changes, general queues, web/native bookings, and reissues Perform end-of-day checks to ensure all tickets have been issued correctly Monitor schedule changes, notify agents and customers, and action any required amendments Arrange and process any booking adjustments resulting from schedule changes, updating back-office systems accordingly Process ticketing, reissue, and refund requests within required timeframes and company guidelines Ticketing Support Executive Experience Required: Previous experience in a flights or airfares environment Strong working knowledge of GDS reservations and ticketing (Amadeus preferred) Excellent understanding of fare types, fare rules, ticketing, reissues, and refunds Advanced fare management skills, including manual fare builds, name/seat corrections, and complex ticket revalidations Ability to navigate between NDC landscape, traditional GDS content and consolidators to ensure we offer all possible options to clients Great organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time Numeracy and a keen attention to detail Ticketing Support Executive Salary and Benefits Base salary up to £35,000, negotiable depending on experience.
£55,000 - £60,000
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially driven Contracts Manager to take ownership of their UK hotel portfolio, with a particular focus on the London market also. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners, with a particular focus on the London luxury hotel market. Analytical and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with the Product and Commercial teams, you will negotiate competitive rates, exclusive offers and added-value benefits to ensure the business remains competitive within the luxury travel market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hotel partners while identifying new commercial opportunities.
