Key Responsibilities Manage your portfolio of pending and confirmed groups, working closely with the Operations team throughout the booking process Cost and prepare tailor-made group itineraries for Italian travel partners Create detailed technical itineraries based on the client programme and agreed quotation Ensure all relevant information, rates and budgets are accurately entered into the internal system Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian clients, suppliers and internal teams Provide a high level of customer service throughout the booking and operational process About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Previous experience working for a UK & Ireland inbound tour operator or DMC, specifically within Groups Native or fluent Italian language skills Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland, including geographical knowledge Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for UK & Ireland inbound group travel If you have solid UK & Ireland inbound group travel experience and are fluent in Italian, we would love to hear from you.
