Job description
Our client is a well-established luxury travel company who specialise in the niche luxury market offering spa and wellbeing holidays to the top spa destinations and luxury properties around the world.
The holidays are tailor-made to meet the goals and expectations of a discerning client base.
They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join their team who have extensive travel sales experience with an interest in health, wellbeing, yoga, spa treatments.
Candidates must have the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation.
Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to their clients.
Our client will also candidates who would like 4 days per week
This role is offered on a fully remote within the UK
Senior Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients' requirements and to create bespoke travel plans
Working to and exceeding set KPI's and sales targets
Manage post sales follow ups
Senior Travel Sales Consultant required experience:
Previous travel sales experience within travel industry gained with a luxury tour operator
Personal interest in health, wellbeing, yoga, spa treatments etc
Strong rapport building skills and a professional telephone manner.
Proven sales and customer service skills.
Previous track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Senior Travel Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits:
Base salary circa £30,000 depending on experience + Commission OTE £40,000 +
