Account Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking travel agents and travel partners Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for increased business Identify and develop new travel agent relationships and commercial opportunities Promote the company's UK and Ireland group travel products and tailor-made programmes Attend relevant trade events, workshops, client meetings and networking opportunities Work closely with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure clients receive a seamless service from enquiry through to delivery Monitor client activity, market trends and feedback to identify opportunities for growth About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Previous sales, account management or business development experience within the travel industry Experience working with travel agents, tour operators or travel partners Experience within UK & Ireland inbound travel, ideally with group travel or DMC experience Native or fluent Italian language skills Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland as travel destinations Excellent relationship-building and communication skills A confident and commercially minded approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service to travel partners This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced travel sales or account management professional who enjoys working with travel agents and wants to develop long-term relationships within the Italian-speaking market.
