Looking after travellers on bespoke and small group itineraries, from confirming the booking to sorting out what changes on the ground. Trips are tailored and often remote, so the aftersales work is more involved than a package: expect supplier liaison across time zones, and travellers who want to talk to someone who knows the itinerary.
