Skills Required:* Excellent people management* Team working* Ability to work on own initiative* Time management* Organisation Skills* Planning and scheduling* Problem Solving* Customer Service* Ability to work under pressure* Attention to detail* Able to meet tight deadlines* Client focused* Good communication skills; verbal, written and body language* Understanding of employment legislation and regulations* Flexible to cover a range of working shift patterns* Hold a full UK driving licenceMain Responsibilities of the Role: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with all site stakeholders* Direction and control of permanent and temporary headcount within your site* Implementation of regular Training Needs Refresher Training for Gi Staff on-site* Conduct RTW and Welfare meetings and take minutes* Ensure appropriate management of temporary labour including; payroll, holiday management, absence management and terminations when necessary.
